Paul has over 30 years experience of playing the Highland Bagpipes professionally. His extensive repertoire allows him to play music for any occasion.

Weddings

Make your wedding day extra special with your piper greeting the guests, piping you into the wedding venue and down the aisle, during photos or into your wedding breakfast.

Parties

For birthdays, Anniversaries or just a celebration. Make your special day unforgettable with a visit from your Highland bagpiper, or, book me as a surprise piper for a relative or friend.

Funerals

The haunting melancholy of the pipes lend a dignity to the solemn occasion which cannot be captured in any other way.

Burns Nights

I can help you organise this traditional event, greeting the guests and piping in the Haggis.  I can also recite the ‘Address to the Haggis’ and the Selkirk Grace.

Paul also plays the Highland and Border bagpipes, melodeon, flute, whistle and bodhran with the upbeat barn dance and Ceilidh band Piping Hot. Playing lively Scottish, Celtic and Irish jigs and reels or rhythmic English dance tunes in either traditional or contemporary style – what a way to end the day’s celebrations!!
